Yes. Pickup is available at Riviera Maya hotels from Puerto Morelos to Tulum, and in Cancún at the hotel zone, downtown, Puerto Juárez, Playa Mujeres, Moon Palace and Royalton. The exact meeting point is confirmed when you book.

Infants 0 to 3 are free, children 4 to 11 pay the child rate and 12 and up pay adult rate. Exceptions: on Contoy and Isla Mujeres the child range is 4 to 12, on Whale Shark and Sian Ka'an it's 0 to 11, and Noche Maya is adults only.

From June to September, the season when whale sharks reach the Mexican Caribbean. The tour doesn't run outside those months.

Tours are non-cancellable, but you can change the date with advance notice, subject to availability. If the tour is cancelled due to bad weather, port closure or force majeure, you get a 100% refund.

The Taco Tour by Bike is $1,590 MXN ($89 USD) per person and includes bike, helmet, 4 taqueria stops, 2 tacos at each one and a drink. It runs Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 5:00 PM and lasts about 4 hours.
